TEHRAN - Following the victory of Iran National Football Team (Team Melli) against Wales in the Friday match, the Judiciary chief issued a message ordering release of all prisoners who are qualified in terms of legal amnesty.

Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei said it is quite evident that those who murdered security forces, put on fire the public property or desecrated Quran in the recent riots are not subject to this amnesty.
